Who we are.
The Ghana Association in Peterborough is a non-profit organisation for Ghanaians living in the city of Peterborough in England, UK. G.A.P was formed in 2008 to promote and improve the welfare and well-being of Ghanaians living in the city.
Our Services.
G.A.P provides a range of services for its members and the Ghanaian community at large. Prominent among these is the access to subject matter experts who act as advisors on specific issues. The experts advise members on issues like Finance, Social Services, Health, Legal and the U.K education system. We encourage and support the integration of members into the general community by organising social gatherings. G.A.P. also serves as the first point of contact for Ghanaians moving into the city from other parts of the country or even abroad.
The Team.
The association is ably led by a board consisting of a chairman, a secretary, a treasurer, a welfare officer and a membership officer, who are all elected by members on a fixed term tenure.
